01The glass

12 mm tempered

Safety-tempered to EN 12150, in eighteen panels of two by three meters, with holes drilled to spec before tempering. All four sides.

02The light

Compact LED floodlight with anti-glare optics and black housing for Orion XSport padel courts. Direct from the factory.

Four light points on four posts, in the same steel and the same finish as the structure. 500 to 600 lux on court, with IP65 protection.

03The turf

13.500 dtex textured

Curled monofilament with 46.200 stitches per square meter and a secondary polyurethane backing. 205 m² per court, playing lines included in the roll. The same roll is available on its own to replace the turf of a court that's already installed.

04The steel

Zn + plastic powder coatHot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461, as an upgrade

Steel mesh panels with a double layer of zinc powder primer and plastic powder coat in RAL 9017, stacked, for Orion XSport padel courts. Direct from the factory.

Double layer as standard: zinc powder primer and plastic powder coat in RAL 9017. For coastal and salt-air climates, hot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461 is quoted separately.

Written warranty: 5 years on structure and turf · 3 years on the LED system. Your quote comes with the model's full documentation: spec sheet, written warranty, certificate of conformity and a packing list of what goes in the container. Production: 7 to 12 days from confirmed deposit.
