01The glass

12 mm tempered

12 mm safety-tempered, in eighteen panels of two by three meters. The same enclosure thickness as the entire panoramic range: there's no entry-level version of the glass.

02The light

03The turf

10.000 dtex monofilament

Monofilament at 10.000 dtex on a polypropylene and SBR latex backing, with 52.500 stitches per square meter and 12 mm pile. 205 m² per court. It's this model's own turf: different from the 13.500 dtex of the rest of the range. The same roll is available on its own to replace the turf of a court that's already installed.

04The steel

Zn + plastic powder coatHot-dip galvanizing, as an upgrade

Steel mesh panels with a double layer of zinc powder primer and plastic powder coat in RAL 9017, stacked, for Orion XSport padel courts. Direct from the factory.

Square tube frame of 30 × 50 × 3 mm, four meters tall, with a double layer of zinc powder primer and plastic powder coat in RAL 9017. Hot-dip galvanizing is quoted separately.

Written warranty: 5 years on structure and turf · 3 years on the LED system. Your quote comes with the model's full documentation: spec sheet, written warranty, certificate of conformity and a packing list of what goes in the container. Production: 7 to 12 days from confirmed deposit.
