What the price includes

The complete court of the model you choose: structure, glass, turf, net, posts and all the hardware.
Tempered safety glass EN 12150-1, with CE marking (EN 12150-2).
LED lighting on every model, at three levels depending on the model (see below).
Professional turf, blue or green: texturized monofilament of 13,500 dtex, 12 mm fibre and polyurethane backing (Debut: 10,000 dtex monofilament). Dtex measures how thick the yarn is; you can compare it on any manufacturer's spec sheet.
Hot-dip galvanizing as standard on Crest and Apex. On Debut, Arc, Classic Court and Anti Hurricane it is an optional upgrade.
Plans and assembly manuals.
Written warranty: 5 years on structure, 5 on turf (6 on Shelter) and 3 on LED lighting.

Certificates behind what you buy

Glass: CE marking in accordance with EN 12150-2 (TÜV Rheinland, Europe), SGCC certification to ANSI Z97.1 (USA and Canada), impact test of the 12 mm tempered glass, and AS/NZS 2208 (Australia and New Zealand).
Turf: passes the ASTM D2859 flammability test (8 of 8 samples) and class B1 reaction to fire.
Lighting: floodlights with UL 1598 and FCC (USA) and with CE and RoHS (Europe); drivers with UL and CE.
Steel: S235JR (EN 10025-2), with QUALICOAT powder coating.
Wind: structure calculated for typhoon winds, about 149 km/h on Arc and Crest; the Anti Hurricane, for 184 km/h.
Structure: CE marking to EN 1090-1, on every model.

Freight, customs, slab and assembly: who handles it

Trucking from the port to your city	Arranged in your country; after purchase, our sales director can guide you if needed.

Concrete slab and drainage	A local builder, using the measurements in our plans.
Assembly	You hire it in your country. We support you with plans and answers and, if you need it, we help you find an assembly crew in your area.

How long it takes

We manufacture in 7 to 12 days from confirmed deposit (Shelter, 20 to 30 days). Freight to your port is in your quote; transit time depends on your destination.

How you pay

30% when you place the order and 70% before the container is loaded (without that payment it is not loaded). With an ORION invoice and contract.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the price EXW and not "installed"?

Because taxes, the slab and assembly vary a lot from one country to another. The factory price is fixed and comparable; your quote adds freight to your port.

Can I compare it with an "installed" quote?

Yes: to your quote (which already includes freight to your port) add customs, the slab and assembly. Ask every supplier for the price of the court alone and compare there.

Is lighting included?

Yes, on every model.

What if I need a roof?

The Shelter already comes with a roof. If you are looking for a different cover, we build custom roofs as a project, like the one at Four Winds club in Panama Pacifico. Tell us about your case and we will study it.

Which model suits me?

It depends on your project: indoor or outdoor, climate and budget. We explain it on WhatsApp with the spec sheet of each model.
