01The glass

12 mm tempered

Safety-tempered to EN 12150, in eighteen panels of two by three meters, with holes drilled to spec at the factory before tempering.

02The light

4×240 W · IP65

Compact LED floodlight with anti-glare optics and black housing for Orion XSport padel courts. Direct from the factory.

Four light points on four posts, in the same steel and the same finish as the structure, so the court reads as one piece at night too. 500 to 600 lux.

03The turf

13.500 dtex textured

Curled monofilament on a secondary polyurethane backing, which keeps the roll stable in heat and humidity — and so keeps the line where it was painted. 205 m² per court. The same roll is available on its own to replace the turf of a court that's already installed.

04The certification

EN 1090-1CE on the structure · with the Shelter, the only two in the catalog

CE structural certification of the structure itself — the one public tenders and projects under European regulatory requirements ask for. Hot-dip galvanizing is quoted separately, as an upgrade.
