We started out building the courts of other brands. A court speaks for whoever builds it — which is why it now bears the name Orion.

The process

From the plant to your port, with paperwork.

STEP 01

You choose from the spec sheet

Model, turf colors and options. The full specification is published; the quote arrives in writing.

STEP 02

It's built complete

Structure, glass, turf and light come off the same line. Production in 7–12 days from confirmed deposit; the Shelter, with its roof, 25–30.

STEP 03

Inspection and packing

Every court is inspected and packed with its detailed packing list: you know what goes into the container, piece by piece. Four complete courts per 40-foot container.

STEP 04

EXW at the factory

The factory price is in writing; freight is calculated by your freight forwarder to your exact destination, and we help you size it.

Every court travels with its documentation.

Tempered glass certified to EN 12150 · CE EN 1090-1 structure on the Classic Court and Shelter · hot-dip galvanizing, piece by piece, on the models that carry it. Your quote comes with all four documents:
