01The glass

12 mm tempered

Tempered to EN 12150. On the Apex the glass makes the corner: the playing wall runs unbroken, with professional bounce response and the structure out of sight.

02The light

Professional 480 W LED light with anti-glare optics and 736 lux average on court per photometric simulation — above the FIP standard of 400–500 lux. Your eyes stay on the ball, even on the lob.

03The turf

13.500 dtex textured

Fiber thicker and tougher than the market norm, textured on a polyurethane backing. It stands up with less sand and returns a consistent bounce, year after year. The same roll is available on its own to replace the turf of a court that's already installed.

04The steel

Zn hot-dipStandard on the Apex

Hot-dip galvanized steel mesh panels for Orion XSport padel courts, stacked. Direct from the factory.

Where much of the market stops at paint, here every piece is dipped in molten zinc after fabrication. On the Apex, as standard.

Written warranty: 5 years on structure and turf · 3 years on the LED system. Your quote comes with the model's full documentation: spec sheet, written warranty, certificate of conformity and a packing list of what goes in the container. Production: 7 to 12 days from confirmed deposit.
