A complete padel court bought factory-direct costs, in 2026, between USD 11,500 and 22,000 EXW depending on the model. That is the figure we publish on every spec sheet, and the one you can compare. What you cannot compare with a single number is what happens next: freight, customs, the concrete slab and assembly depend on your country and your site.
Here are the prices of the seven models, what the price includes, what it does not, and how to get from the factory price to the real cost on your plot without anyone surprising you halfway.
The seven models and their published prices
| Model | What it is | Price per court, EXW | Structure finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Panoramic Debut | Entry panoramic | USD 11,500 | Two-layer zinc primer and RAL 9017 powder; hot-dip galvanizing as an upgrade |
| Panoramic Arc | Mid-range panoramic, the same product indoors and outdoors | USD 13,500 | Two-layer; hot-dip galvanizing as an upgrade |
| Classic Court | Classic, with mesh | USD 14,300 | Two-layer; hot-dip galvanizing as an upgrade |
| Panoramic Crest | High-end panoramic | USD 15,900 | Hot-dip galvanizing, standard |
| Superpanoramic Apex | Superpanoramic, no visible posts | USD 16,500 | Hot-dip galvanizing, standard |
| Anti Hurricane | Reinforced structure for wind zones, tested at 184 km/h (114 mph) | USD 16,500 | Two-layer; hot-dip galvanizing as an upgrade |
| Shelter | Court with integrated PVC roof | USD 22,000 | Two-layer |
Prices are per court, in US dollars. The price per court is the same for one court or ten: what changes with quantity is the shipping, not the court.
What the EXW price includes
EXW means the price of the court at our factory in Qingdao. Inside that figure is the complete court as described on each model's spec sheet:
- The steel structure with the finish of your model.
- 12 mm tempered safety glass to EN 12150-1, CE marked in accordance with EN 12150-2, on every padel model.
- The sports turf and LED lighting detailed on each sheet.
- The written warranty: 5 years on structure, 5 years on turf and 3 years on LED. On the Shelter, the turf carries 6 years.
- Regulation dimensions: 20 × 10 m of play, FIP compliant.
The steel structure conforms to EN 1090-1 on every model. Hot-dip galvanizing, where standard or as an upgrade, follows EN ISO 1461.
What is not included, and must be budgeted
These items exist in every project. None of them carries a figure here, because any number would be wrong for half our readers: they are quoted in your country, in your currency, with your suppliers.
- Sea freight from the port of origin to yours. A 40-ft open-top container carries four courts.
- Cargo insurance in transit.
- Import duties, import VAT and customs clearance, under your country's rules. Your customs broker confirms the tariff classification.
- Inland transport from the port to the plot, and unloading with lifting equipment.
- Concrete slab, levelled and reinforced: the local item that varies most from one project to the next.
- Site drainage.
- Assembly. Assembly is not included: the client contracts it with a local installer, and if you need one we help you find one.
- Electrical supply for the lighting.
From factory price to cost on your site, in three steps
- Ask a freight forwarder for the sea freight with the data that matters: how many courts and to which port. Four courts fill a container and the freight per court drops; two courts fill half of one.
- Ask your customs broker for the tariff classification and import VAT in your country. It is the number that changes most from country to country, and nobody outside your country can state it.
- Get a slab and assembly quote from a local contractor using the external dimensions on the model's spec sheet.
Those three figures, added to the EXW price, give you the real cost. Without them, any comparison between manufacturers is a comparison between numbers that do not measure the same thing.
What makes the price go up or down
- The steel finish. On the Debut, Arc, Classic Court and Anti Hurricane, hot-dip galvanizing is an upgrade quoted separately. On the Crest and Apex it is standard. For coastal, humid or exposed sites, it is the decision that weighs most over ten years.
- The roof. The Shelter arrives with its PVC roof integrated from the factory: one delivery and one assembly, instead of a second job later.
- Quantity. It does not change the price per court, but it does change freight per court and site work: with four, the container is full.
Lead time and payment
Padel courts are manufactured in 7 to 12 days from the confirmed deposit; the Shelter in 20 to 30, because it carries a roof. This is manufacturing time: shipping comes after and depends on the destination.
Payment is a 30 % deposit to enter production and 70 % before leaving the factory, by bank transfer. The factory price is not negotiated; what we do is tell you from the first message what is not included, so it does not appear later.
How to compare two quotes without fooling yourself
Before putting two figures side by side, check that they measure the same thing:
- The incoterm. EXW, FOB or delivered to your port are not the same price. A lower number under a different incoterm can end up costing more.
- The glass. Thickness and standard: 12 mm tempered safety glass to EN 12150-1, or what.
- The steel finish, and whether it is included or paid separately.
- The warranty, in writing, and on which parts: structure, turf and LED separately.
- Manufacturing lead time, and from when it counts.
- What is left out, stated before signing.
If a quote does not answer those six questions, it is not complete.
