Four Panoramic Debut courts cost 46,000 USD EXW. Four Superpanoramic Apex, 66,000 USD EXW. Between those two figures sits the sports equipment for a four-court club bought factory-direct. It is not the cost of the club: it is the cost of the courts — the line item almost nobody lets you see before you sign.
Here it is, broken down with each model's published price, and separated from what we cannot put in a table because it depends on your country and your site.
The four club scenarios
| Scenario | Model | Unit price EXW | Four courts EXW |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | Panoramic Debut | 11,500 USD | 46,000 USD |
| Mid | Panoramic Arc | 13,500 USD | 54,000 USD |
| High | Panoramic Crest | 15,900 USD | 63,600 USD |
| Top | Superpanoramic Apex | 16,500 USD | 66,000 USD |
The difference between the entry and top scenarios is 20,000 USD across four courts. You decide it once and live with it for the club's entire operating life, so it pays to know what that step buys.
The Panoramic Debut and the Panoramic Arc ship with a double-layer finish: zinc powder primer plus polymer powder, RAL 9017. On both, hot-dip galvanizing by immersion per EN ISO 1461 is available as an upgrade and quoted separately.
The Panoramic Crest carries hot-dip galvanizing by immersion of the entire structure, as standard, plus a black RAL 9017 powder coat. The Superpanoramic Apex carries hot-dip galvanizing piece by piece, as standard, with the same powder finish. Both fit 4 × 480 W lighting at 750 lux.
In all four scenarios, the glass is 12 mm tempered with CE EN 12150 marking and the structure complies with EN 1090-1. The court measures 20 × 10 m: it is the standard dimension and nobody needs to confirm it.
The full range runs from 11,500 to 22,000 USD EXW. Outside the table sit three more models, with prices just as published: the Classic Court at 14,300 USD, the Anti Hurricane at 16,500 USD, and the Shelter at 22,000 USD, which comes with a roof. A club can mix models; the arithmetic is the same.
What EXW means here
The padel courts are sold EXW: the price is for the court at our Qingdao factory. Everything that happens from the factory gate until the court is standing on your site is outside that figure.
We say it once and spell it out because it is the line that makes two quotes look comparable when they are not. A lower number under a different incoterm can end up costing more. Ours is EXW and it is published on each model's spec sheet.
Inside the EXW price is the complete court: structure treated per your model's finish, certified tempered glass, and the components each model's spec sheet details. The published warranty is 5 years on structure and turf, and 3 years on LED.
The line items that depend on your country
These exist, they have to be budgeted, and none of them carries a figure in this article, because any number we wrote would be false for half the readers. They are quoted locally, in your currency, with your vendors:
- International freight from the port of origin to yours.
- Cargo insurance in transit.
- Duties, import VAT, and customs handling, per your country's regime.
- Inland transport from the port to the site.
- Unloading and lifting equipment on site.
- Concrete slab: leveling, reinforcement, joints, and curing. It is the local line item that varies most from one project to another.
- Drainage for the site and perimeter.
- Assembly labor.
- Electrical hookup and panel for the lighting.
- Licenses, municipal permits, and fees for operation and construction.
An investor comparing offers should insist these ten lines appear by name in any quote, even if the figures come from their contractor rather than the manufacturer. A quote that hides them is not cheaper: it is incomplete.
The turf: which model fits which
The Panoramic Debut fits Padel Turf Curly CLUB. The other six models in the range fit Padel Turf Curly TOP.
| Turf | Set price | Coverage | Spec |
|---|---|---|---|
| Padel Turf Curly TOP | 2,900 USD | court set ~205 m² | 12 mm · textured · 13.500 dtex · 46,200 stitches/m² · PU backing · sand 3.5–4 kg/m² · blue and green |
| Padel Turf Curly CLUB | 2,200 USD | court set ~205 m² | 12 mm · monofilament · 10.000 dtex · 52,500 stitches/m² · SBR latex · green · 12 kg/m² ballast |
Those prices are FOB, not EXW. They are two different incoterms and they do not get added to the courts table: the padel court is quoted EXW and the turf is quoted FOB, always separately. The figure serves what actually matters to an operator: knowing today, before buying, what replacing the playing surface will cost when the time comes. The turf warranty is 5 years.
Profitability: the figure and the assumptions holding it up
Our reference benchmark for a padel court starts from four assumptions that have to be read right next to the result: 28 USD per hour, 16 hours open per day, 55% occupancy, and a 30% operating margin.
On those assumptions, one court generates 7,392 USD a month gross and 2,218 USD a month operating.
On that basis, the investment in the court is recovered in 6 months with a Panoramic Debut and in 10 months with a Shelter.
Read it with the discipline you would apply to any other financial model. That payback is the court's, not the club's: it does not include the land, the construction, the freight, the customs, your staffing structure, or the ground rent. And the 55% occupancy is an assumption, not a promise. If your market supports fewer hours or a different hourly rate, the number changes, and it changes fast. A club that runs its numbers with these four assumptions in front of it and decides to go ahead is making an informed decision. One that only remembers the "6 months" is not.
The price is published
In this industry, the standard answer to "how much does it cost" is "contact us." We have been manufacturing since 1995, with our own factory in Qingdao, and we publish the price of all seven courts.
You have just read the cost of your four-court club without giving your email, without talking to a sales rep, and without waiting for a reply. That is the whole advantage, and it is enough.
FAQ
What does EXW mean in practice? That the price is for the court at our Qingdao factory. Freight, insurance, customs, and inland transport are on your side and are quoted at destination.
Why don't you publish freight and customs costs? Because they depend on the destination port, the volume, and each country's customs regime. Any figure of ours would be useless to you. Those line items are budgeted locally.
Can hot-dip galvanizing be ordered on a Debut or an Arc? Yes. Hot-dip galvanizing by immersion per EN ISO 1461 is available as an upgrade on those models and is quoted separately.
How much does replacing the turf cost? The Padel Turf Curly TOP court set costs 2,900 USD and the Padel Turf Curly CLUB set, 2,200 USD, both FOB and for a surface of about 205 m².
Do we need to send you the site measurements? Not for the court: it measures a standard 20 × 10 m. Your contractor needs your lot's measurements for the slab and the setbacks.
What warranty do the courts carry? 5 years on structure and turf, 3 years on LED.
